As a medical courier service, we handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations. PHI is only accessed, transported, and stored as necessary to fulfill delivery services. All drivers receive HIPAA training and are bound by confidentiality agreements.

4. SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS notifications, we will send booking confirmations and delivery updates to the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
