1. Services

Intuit Xpress LLC provides medical courier services including transport of lab specimens, medical records, prescriptions, and medical equipment within the Tampa Bay corridor. Services are subject to availability and our service area coverage.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings may be placed through our website or by phone. Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes before scheduled pickup time for standard deliveries. STAT bookings cannot be cancelled once a courier has been dispatched.

3. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, our liability for any loss or damage to items in transit is limited to the lesser of the item's declared value or our insurance coverage limits. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including weather, traffic, or natural disasters.

4. Payment

Payment terms are established at the time of account setup. Invoicing occurs after delivery completion. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. SMS Terms

By opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive automated text messages regarding your bookings and deliveries. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates apply. Text STOP to cancel. Text HELP for help. Compatible carriers include all major US carriers.

6. Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that items tendered for delivery comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse transport of any items that we believe may violate applicable laws or our policies.
